We take providing a private and confidential therapy service very seriously, with our clients wellbeing at the centre of our work. Each associate at Relationship – Therapy & Recovery is a qualified therapist and a member of a standard professional body such as UKCP, BACP, COSRT and IITAP. Each therapist works with clients according to a professional code of ethics. Meaning we provide a discreet service, respecting what is shared and discussed. We maintain confidentiality according to our professional code of ethics.

We respect and welcome individuals and couples, whatever their background, regardless of gender, race, age, sexuality, religion or nationality.

Personal data

In line with the service we offer, we hold personal data given for our referral forms and in session. This includes but is not limited to: name, contact number and email address.

All personal data is held securely under restricted access, controlled by Relationship – Therapy & Recovery and in adherence to the GDPR requirements (General Data Protection Regulations applied by European legislation, effective from 25thMay 2018).

Use of personal details

We only use personal details provided, for specific legitimate purposes which benefit the client. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Arranging appointments
  • Replying to enquiries via phone, text, email
  • Sending information regarding groups
  • Sending information related to the therapy

Relationship – Therapy & Recovery believes in order to provide the service purchased, it is within scope to contact clients to complete bookings and fulfil service agreements, without the need for further consent declaration.
